The Day of Reconciliation

19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross. Colossians 1:19-20

The cross changed us and the world  forever because on this day all injustice, all offence and all sin for all time was reconciled on the cross. Through the cross God brought justice to the whole world and reconciled us to God and to one another.  However, war and conflict still exist because evil men reject the cross and the peace of God. What can we do?

18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation. . . 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, 2 Cor. 5:18, 20

We are given the hope,  the honor,  the task, and  the ministry of reconciliation by presenting Christ to the world.   He is our only hope.

In HIs Service,

Milan.
