We hope you and your students have been looking forward to summer camp! We are certainly excited for the amazing things God will be doing in the lives of our campers.

Campers stay in cabins (with bunk beds), with separate bathhouses that include showers. All meals are included in the price of the camp, but there is also a snack station available during certain parts of the day for purchasing snacks and drinks. There are 2 counselors (who have been background checked and trained) in each cabin/with each group of campers. Counselors are volunteers from our churches. We have a certified lifeguard for pool and canoe activities, an archery instructor, along with dedicated camp directors that plan games, activities, and Bible studies to help students grow in community, faith, and understanding. Directors also organize worship and Bible teaching for each evening’s service.

Drop off time for all camps will be 2-4pm on the first day, and pick up is 10-11am on the last day.

You can register by mail or online at…

Please send $100 deposit online, to your church coordinator, or to the address below. The remainder of registration will be due in person the first day of camp, or online one week before camp begins.

We now have an online payment option.
  • To pay online, you will be directed through the Church of God in Alabama payment portal website after completing the registration form. There is an additional fee of 1% (e-check) or 3% (card/PayPal/ApplePay).
  • You can pay for multiple campers at one time by listing the camper names.
You can choose how to pay.
  • If you are attending and paying with a church, there is an option at the end of the registration form to choose that church; you will need to contact your church’s camp coordinator regarding payment
  • If you are paying independently, you can mail a paper check or pay online through the payment portal using a credit card, PayPal, or a bank routing number.

Here’s a look back at our 2023 camps!
Counselor information
Counselors will need to fill out and submit the following:
  • Counselor application https://forms.gle/hUXCKxkSu2vk9TXR8
  • Background check attached (18+ only)
    • Please print, fill out, and mail to Sheila Mitchell (address on form)
  • Pastoral reference
Additionally, new and junior counselors will participate in an online meeting with directors and coordinators. Returning counselors will have a video training to complete.

We must have a certain amount of counselors to make camp a successful, safe, and positive experience for our campers. If we don’t have the needed counselors a month before camps begin, we may not be able to hold that camp.
